INTEGRALLY PRIVACY POLICY

Integrally LLC ("Integrally," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Integrally website, mobile applications, and associated online services (collectively, the "Service"). Integrally collects certain data and information from you for various purposes, including, fraud and security purposes, to provide and improve our Service to you, and for other legitimate business purposes as stated herein or amended in the future.

Integrally is designed around user-generated content and a unique scoring system ("Scoring"). We collect all data uploaded to the site, including, but not limited to:

  • Comments, posts, or replies you provide on the platform (including text generated by your Large Language Model instance, referred to as "Assisted Content")
  • Your score assignments to other users' comments (e.g., rating the "dialectical agreement" and "integrity" of a post)
  • Metadata associated with your user-generated content (e.g., timestamps, comment threads)

2.5. Assisted Content (LLM Data)

Each user account may include an instance of a Large Language Model (LLM) to assist in drafting comments or posts ("Assisted Content"). We collect:

  • LLM prompt/response data for the purpose of training or refining the LLM on your behalf
  • Your feedback or rating of the LLM's performance

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Integrally uses your data for various legitimate business and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

  1. Providing and Maintaining the Service
    • Creating and managing your account
    • Enabling you to post content and interact with other users
  2. Improving and Personalizing the Service
    • Personalizing user experiences based on content interactions and preferences
    • Using Scoring data to surface high-integrity content and de-emphasize low-integrity content
  3. Notifying You of Changes
    • Sending you updates about modifications to our Service, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy
  4. Enabling Interactive Features
    • Allowing you to participate in user Scoring, dialogues, and comment threads
    • Training your personal LLM instance
  5. Providing Customer Care and Support
    • Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and processing feedback
  6. Analyzing & Monitoring Usage
    • Evaluating user behavior to optimize platform performance
    • Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical or security issues
  7. Legal Compliance & Risk Management
    • Complying with our legal obligations (e.g., reporting child sexual abuse material)
    • Enforcing the Terms of Service, protecting legal rights, and preventing fraud
  8. Marketing & Sales
    • At this time, We do not market or sell your information, but reserve the right in the future to amend this Policy so as to permit the same. In such event, when required by law, We will obtain your consent before processing for these purposes.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process your Personal Data:

At this time, We do not sell or otherwise share your Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

  • User-Generated Content (including Assisted Content): Typically retained for the continuity of discussions on the platform unless you request deletion or unless removal is otherwise required (e.g., illegal content).
